We need your help! Magnablend purchased the old Superconducting Super Collider property off FM 1446 on January 27, 2012, which is in a residential and agricultural area with a large dairy farm, other agiculture, and homes adjacent to the property.

Residents were protected from a company like Magnablend operating on this property by a deed restriction that prevented businesses requiring a permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), but the Ellis County Commissioners' Court amended this deed restriction on December 12, 2011 without the knowledge of nearby residents.

We are seeking all legal avenues of putting a halt to this egregious maneuver by the County Commissioners and to prevent Magnablend from obtaining permits from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
